MVV staff held three consultation events over three days, including evenings and a weekend. These were well attended, with over 200 people taking the time to find out about the project and provide valuable feedback. Over 70 attendees took up the offer of a minibus tour around the proposed site and a number of feedback forms were returned during the events.
The consultation materials can still be found here and feedback can still be submitted until the end of January. Two-way engagement with the local community is vital to any new project and MVV will use the feedback to inform the next stage of developing the planning application documents.
MVV would like to thank those who attended the consultation events. The planning application is due to be submitted to BCP Council in Spring 2023 and there will be a further round of consultation after that.
